Women are expected to be flawless. Smooth, consistent, and perfect, not only in looks, but in behavior. We’re supposed to arrive at relationships unspoiled, free of baggage, or emotional unresolved trauma. However, a perfectly flawless woman is often unapproachable, boring, or worse: useless arm candy.

The condition of a woman is to appear flawless, but to expose our cracks and shortcomings in a way that still appeals. It’s a beautiful thing to have an interesting woman, one with history and experience, interests, and stories. Striking that balance is to achieve the feminine ideal.
