Abstract acrylic on canvas painting featuring tall buildings in yellow, green, and blue against a dark sky. Textured brushstrokes and vibrant colors create a dynamic urban landscape with a surreal, contemporary atmosphere.

After years of living in NYC I became envious of those with balconies, rooftops and other outdoor spaces, but what always inspired me the most was when people used these spaces for multiplying their greenery and gardening footprint. Rooftop gardens and even small farms were popping up around the city, and the views from above were becoming more and more green and beautiful- less and less grey and boring.

I especially loved it when a tree or sprawling vine could be seen against the backdrop of a sunset. The swirly moody color that can rest over the horizon in between the skyscrapers. Soo yummy.
